We used Kevlar canoes, four of them for the 10 of us.. we had all the gear and cooking equipment in large backpacks, about 70 lbs each, makes you realize the value of packing and travelling light.... you pack in and pack out everything you need during the week...

We caught fresh fish daily, Northern Pike, Walleye, Smallmouth Bass....cooked them over an open fire... some nights we wrapped them in foil, with butter and lemon pepper....can't get better than that....Tanner learned about skining and cleaning fish... Chris Killingsworth was tremendous at fishing, had great success....

All loaded up and ready to head home, the week flew past....
And on the way home getting gas at Sidney, Kyle spotted a souvenier he just had to have....
all we have to do now is drive clear back out to Sidney and haul it home....
definitely a project car, needs a windshield, interior redone completely, body is pretty good, haven't even heard it run, so who knows about the engine, oh well, at least it looks nice.....

We had a great time at Scout Camp in Wyoming, Kyle went to Mountain Man, Allen was working in the dining hall all summer. We saw Chimney Rock on the way out...
and some of the boys went moutain biking, and moutain climbing, to the top of the fire lookout tower on top of Black Mountain...
We made our own flag poles for our campsite, Cochise, the nicest one in camp. Boys set up the flags...
Allen stood out above everyone at Campfire.....
Matt and Dustin did a great job with Bow and Arrow...
