  • Well, got the new weatherstripping on the Mustang, and repainted the front bumper, but the paint didn't match, so here we go again....



    here she is getting taped off, ready for her nose job....shame the paint didn't match, went on great. Hope the second coat goes on as well.... got the oil change done, and new weatherstripping on the trunk.... and will polish the paint out this weekend, maybe even clean the tires and rims...not that it will last long out here....

  • I like the mix of "fire engine red" and the "cherry red"...looks quite nice, might I say...lol

    yeah, it does look like it went on nicely, too bad that the second coat wasn't as great...that sucks. still kinda funny to see her like that...I can still remember paiting a black strip on a yellow car in Mom's driveway...yeah, paper bags and masking tape are fun.

    starting to look like I won't be up for sure until sometime in July...from what I understand, we've pnly got the actual day of the 4th off, so I'd still be working Monday...sucks, but there's not a whole lot I can do about it either...the good thing is that I've been getting more than just my 5 hours a day for the past few days, which will reflect in my next paycheck...should be nice to have that in there...should be enough to cover the electric and possibly the internet, should we choose to have it connected...

    anywho, I'll update my site here in a few, so you can get more of a feel for what's going on...just wanted to let you know that I really appreciate the work that's going in to Den...it's a lot more than I could do myself, especially given the fact that I am garageless...which sucks...that and toolless, which also sucks...but yeah, love you and thank you sooooo much! -M
